for the sourdough crostini: 

method:

6 cloves garlic

Firstly, crush garlic with 1 tablespoons thyme leaves and leave in olive oil, to infuse for one hour. To make crostini, cut two sourdough breadsticks into 24 thin slices and lay on a baking tray, brush with the infused oil and bake until crisp for around 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and seal in an airtight container when cold.

2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves

12 tablespoons best quality olive oil

2 good-quality sourdough baguettes
