Firstly, crush garlic with 1 tablespoons thyme leaves and leave in
olive oil, to infuse for one hour. To make crostini, cut two
sourdough breadsticks into 24 thin slices and lay on a baking tray,
brush with the infused oil and bake until crisp for around 10
minutes. Cool on a wire rack and seal in an airtight container when
cold. |
