dried fruit and nut stuffing & honey glaze                                  

ingredients for the stuffing: in a medium bowl, mix the following ingredients together.

220g pure greed apricot mostarda

3 tablespoons chopped almonds

2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

½ cup fresh breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons chopped white onion

1 egg

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

ingredients for the honey glaze: in a small bowl mix the following ingredients together.

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tbsp dry sherry

2 tbsp tomato sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce
