A love of food and an understanding of the home cook's need for great tasting simple meals, led Rosalie and Peter Coffey to develop their wonderful range of fresh pestos and preserves, in 1991.

Their fine food products are designed to give the home cook that added flavour boost to create simple, healthy meals with a gourmet twist - country breakfasts, relaxing brunches, light lunches, simple picnics, more-ish canapés, scrumptious dinners and sensational desserts.

pure greed products are made from the freshest and finest ingredients sourced from a network of local growers. This helps to ensure consistency of flavour, colour and texture. The products are not mass produced, they are made by hand in small production batches.
